During the activities of detection of illegal arsenals of weapons, ammunition and mine-explosive devices, on 1 February 2012 police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) detected a considerable quantity of weapons and military equipment in two separate actions in the area of Zavidovici and Kiseljak.
Acting upon the order from the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, searches at three locations in Zavidovici and one location in Kiseljak were carried out, whereby six automatic rifles, a machine-gun, M48 rifle, more than a hundred bullets and other military equipment were detected.
Police officials of the State Investigation and Protection Agency will be carrying out similar activities in the future.
