Today (11/11/2014) - Thomas Rois Attaché of the Embassy of Austria to B&H visited State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) and met with the Director Goran Zubac and Assistant Director of the Criminal Investigation Department Anđelko Hrgić.

The meeting discussed all aspects of work of the Agency, its competence, organisational structure, results achieved in the previous period and its role in the security system of B&H as well as other current issues.

Director Zubac pointed out that SIPA has the most powerful investigative capacities to fight against the most complex types of crime and that it works at full capacity as well as that the focus in the future will be its further strengthening. He reminded that the priorities of the Agency are fight against organised crime, terrorism, financial crime and corruption and war crimes, emphasising that SIPA is an important subject in international operational cooperation in the fight against all types of organised crime.

The meeting also concluded that previous cooperation was successful and that it would be even more enhanced in the future.
